FILMCAFE STUDIO

FilmCafé Studio is an emerging Hungarian film production company with a clear focus on storytelling, professional reliability, and an international working mindset. Our goal is to create films that are strong in content, precise in execution, and able to stand their ground both locally and internationally.

We all believe in collaboration, transparent workflows, and the idea that strong films are built on trust—within the crew, with partners, and with the audience.

We speak English, French, and Italian, enabling effective communication in international production environments. While our ambition is not to pursue scale for its own sake, we are prepared to engage in larger productions through our professional network and established industry relationships.

Our mission is grounded in clear values:
· History - Past
· Transparency - Present
· Sustainability - Future

Merging analogy & AI.

We work at the intersection of
myth and fact,
story and authenticity,
legend and culture.

By connecting past and present, we aim to help shape the future — and to bring back into people’s hearts the power of storytelling, truth, and trust.

Because our team is deeply fluent in both the classic, analog traditions of filmmaking and today’s AI-driven generative workflows, we can thoughtfully combine the two—using each where it serves the story best. This hybrid approach lets us preserve the integrity, texture, and discipline of traditional production while accelerating exploration, visualization, and iteration when needed—without compromising cinematic quality

Our goal is to create films that are strong in content, precise in execution, and able to stand their ground both locally and internationally.

The founder and owner of the studio is Tamás Császár, an experienced First Assistant Director who has worked for years on international film productions. His professional background includes producing Hungarian feature films, working as a producer on international documentary projects and contributing to the creation of several Hungarian documentaries. He is also an active director and editor.

Tamás has a comprehensive understanding of the entire filmmaking process, from development through post-production. This broad, hands-on experience defines the way FilmCafe Studio operates: flexible, solution-oriented, and always shaped by the real needs of each project.
